Being a successful woman requires a form of inner precision: balance of roles, excellence in action, attentive presence. But by trying to embody all the figures —mother, wife, professional, friend—we end up erasing ourselves.

I know this story. Because I lived it.

For years, I tried to meet all expectations. To the point of exhaustion. Until my body, through its own wisdom, forced me to stop.

In 2017, an unexpected diagnosis—aggressive breast cancer—changed my trajectory. What was once a challenge gradually became an initiation.

During the months of treatment, I learned to reinhabit time. In the imposed slowness, a heightened awareness of myself emerged. I realized that taking care of myself wasn’t superfluous, but rather a foundation. That regenerating, restoring, rebalancing are essential acts. Physical. Mental. Cellular.

It is from this deep
understanding that
Serenea was born.
